Dear all,
Due to the cold weather we are keeping to the same session times as the week before last, which means:
Older tristars meet at 10:30 at Westgate and will be doing a run and spin session, they will finish at 11:30 (at Westgate).  Appropriate clothing and a change of footwear should be brought.
Younger tristars meet at 11:00 at Westgate and will probably only be doing a spin session.  However please bring additional clothes in case it is warm enough to do something outside.  They will be finished at 12:00 at Westgate reception.

This Saturday is also our Xmas party from 6-8 at Westgate.  We will be doing an inflatable fun session from 6-7, possibly with some races of kids against coaches – why don’t you come and watch us be humiliated!!  From 7-8 we will be ordering pizza to have in the cafe.  If you are able to bake/ bring something along for after pizza we would greatly appreciate it.  If your kids would like to come along and you haven’t let me know already please drop me an email so that we know how many pizzas to order.  The club will be paying for the hire of the pool but we will be asking for £3 per child to cover the costs of the pizzas.
